摘要: 低壓差線性穩(wěn)壓器(LDO)作為現(xiàn)代電子系統(tǒng)的核心電源管理器件,其啟動浪涌電流問題嚴重威脅系統(tǒng)可靠性。以MSK5101型LDO為研究對象,針對使能端加入RC延時電路后輸入浪涌電流尖峰現(xiàn)象,提出一種基于反饋網(wǎng)絡動態(tài)優(yōu)化的抑制方法。通過建立小信號模型并進行頻域分析,揭示了反饋網(wǎng)絡參數(shù)對系統(tǒng)響應速度與穩(wěn)定性的影響規(guī)律,提出通過增大反饋電阻與調(diào)整補償電容實現(xiàn)等效軟啟動。實驗結果表明,優(yōu)化后浪涌電流峰值由2.7 A降至0.87 A(降幅67.8%),輸出電壓建立時間由2.9 ms延長至12.3 ms,顯著提升了宇航電源系統(tǒng)的可靠性和魯棒性。

Abstract: As a core power management component in modern electronic systems, the startup inrush current of Low Dropout linear regulators (LDO) poses significant threats to system reliability. This paper focuses on the MSK5101 LDO, addressing the input inrush current spike phenomenon observed after implementing an RC delay circuit at the enable terminal. A suppression method based on dynamic optimization of feedback networks is proposed. Through establishing a small-signal model and conducting frequency-domain analysis, the influence patterns of feedback network parameters on system response speed and stability are revealed. The proposed approach achieves equivalent soft-start functionality by increasing feedback resistance and adjusting compensation capacitance. Experimental results demonstrate that the optimized configuration reduces inrush current peak from 2.7 A to 0.87 A (a reduction of 67.8%), while extending output voltage settling time from 2.9 ms to 12.3 ms, significantly enhancing the stability and reliability of aerospace power systems.

引言

近年來,宇航電源系統(tǒng)對多路負載的時序控制與交叉調(diào)整率提出了嚴苛要求,傳統(tǒng)耦合電感多路變換器輔以LDO的方案雖能改善電壓穩(wěn)定性,但LDO啟動浪涌電流達到一定的峰值和脈寬易導致輸入保護電路過載, 對負載和LDO造成損害[1]?,F(xiàn)有研究對浪涌電流抑制的主要方法有軟啟動IC[2]、電流限制技術[3]和外部軟啟動電路[4]等方法實現(xiàn),采用上述方法的LDO器件體積偏大且需額外器件,同時增加系統(tǒng)復雜度。

文獻[5]提出通過調(diào)整LDO反饋網(wǎng)絡參數(shù)抑制浪涌,但其未揭示參數(shù)與系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的定量關系。本文針對LDO器件MSK5101在使能端加入RC延時電路后的電流尖峰現(xiàn)象進行研究,基于頻域建模與參數(shù)優(yōu)化,提出一種無需外擴器件的浪涌抑制方法,為高可靠性電源設計提供新思路,與傳統(tǒng)方法對比如表1所示。
